Let's talk a little about the history and needs of it, which is our raw material!
Let us begin:
One of the reasons Italian leather is so highly regarded is because of it’s quality. The very best craftsmanship and care goes into manufacturing Italian leather stock than is put into almost any comparable leather product in the world and that means only the best quality hides are used.
Good care with love means durability
Now, historically, the Italians have done a great job tanning leather the right way; this mean vegetable tanning the leather and taking great care in the process along the way. Because of this dedication to old world techniques and vegetable tanned leather, Italian leather earned a reputation as being great leather.
Only all natural vegetable and plant based extracts are used by craftsmen to manufacture Italian leather. Because it isn’t mass produced it takes much longer to make than the cheaper factory made alternatives.
That makes our clogs one of a kind!
Maintaining it’s appearance is easy! Constantly cleaning your shoes can be a chore. Italian leather on the other hand, reduces the drudgery. In fact, aging only adds to the beauty and uniqueness of Italian leather. It can be easily cleaned on with a damp cloth form time to time, but isn’t always necessary.
There are online, year by year, lists of the top shoe cleaning products available, our advice for you is not to overuse them!
First, remove dust and dirt from the surface before moistening the leather.
With a soft cloth, apply the wax or oil for leather shoes (after having read the product instructions) and make sure it absorbs.
